The ticket is good for most days in the summer for departure and return. You can stay up to two months away on this ticket. The cities it applies to are not just capitol cities, but a lot of smaller cities as well. About 50 cities in total to choose from. So there is a lot of selection. London must be one of your three cities, but if you choose just to fly through there, that is fine also, you do not have to stay overnight.
